Cancellation Policy

We understand that things can happen last minute and changes may need to be made to your appointment. However, we have had far too many last-minute cancellations and no shows and when we can’t fill the spot that we have reserved for you, we are at a loss.

This is to insure we can continue to provide you, our clients with the high-quality service you are accustomed to.

  • A 24-hour minimum cancelation Policy now applies. $150 fee or full-service payment (whichever is the lesser) is required on cancelations less than 24 hours.
  • You may be asked to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit when booking services, to secure the booking. All new clients will be required to pay a deposit.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule your booking as you have limited your time allocation and the service to be provided may not be able to be performed in the remaining time slot.
